Geranium ‘Rozanne’

Rozanne Hardy Geranium

Geranium ‘Rozanne’ is a vigorous herbaceous perennial with a spreading, mounding habit that produces one of the longest flowering displays of any hardy geranium. It is highly valued for its abundant violet-blue flowers, exceptional bloom period, attractive foliage, and ease of maintenance.

The foliage consists of deeply lobed, medium green leaves that develop attractive reddish tones in autumn. From late spring until the first frost, the plant is covered with large saucer-shaped violet-blue flowers featuring a distinctive white center and prominent purple veins. Its exceptionally long flowering season makes it an outstanding choice for borders, containers, groundcovers, and cottage gardens.

Geranium ‘Rozanne’ grows best in full sun to partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained soils. Once established, it tolerates short periods of drought and requires minimal maintenance. It is excellent for perennial borders, mixed plantings, rock gardens, containers, and as a flowering groundcover.
