Nepeta × faassenii ‘Junior Walker’ is a compact herbaceous perennial with a dense, mounding habit and aromatic gray-green foliage. It is prized for its exceptionally long bloom period, abundant lavender-blue flowers, drought tolerance, and ability to attract pollinators.

The foliage consists of small, softly textured gray-green leaves that release a pleasant minty fragrance when brushed. From late spring until early autumn, spikes of lavender-blue flowers cover the plant, creating a colorful display that attracts bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects. Removing spent flowers encourages continuous blooming throughout the season.

Nepeta × faassenii ‘Junior Walker’ thrives in full sun and dry to moderately dry, well-drained soils. It performs exceptionally well in borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, pollinator gardens, edging, and containers while requiring very little maintenance.
